Shipping Policy

Shipping within the USA

Please allow 2 to 6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once it ships, our system will send a message to the email entered in the order with the tracking number. Shipments are sent via USPS, UPS or Fedex and takes between 2 to 6 business days to be delivered. Alaska and Hawaii may take additional days to be delivered.
Free shipping discount is only withing the 48 contiguous USA states.
Hawaii, Alaska shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping International 

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Modifying or canceling an order 

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us (via email) within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we can not guarantee an order change or cancelation. 

Tracking Number

Once your order ships, our system will send a message to the email entered in the order with the tracking number.

Orders returned due to an error in the address

If the address entered during the checkout process is incorrect or if there is a problem during the delivery of your package, the shipping company will return the package back to us. In case this occurs, please email us as soon as possible to evaluate the issue. Additional shipping fee may apply to re-ship.

Lost, damaged or stolen shipments

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items during shipping, that's why it's recommended to purchase shipping insurance from Guide at checkout.
For a claim, please contact Guide if you purchased the insurance.
