Warranty & Disclamer

LIMITED WARRANTY (USA)

Unless otherwise specified, Smash Audio brand products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase or receiving the product with original sales receipt when purchased from www.SmashCarAudio.com or an authorized Smash Audio brand dealer. Non-authorized dealers or purchases from non-authorized reselling websites of Smash Audio brand products will not have warranty. This warranty is not transferrable and is valid only to the original purchaser with a dated proof of purchase (sales receipt). Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction, Smash Audio will, at it’s discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a new or remanufactured/refurbished product. This limited warranty does NOT extent  to units that have been subject to misuse, abuse (including burnt/unwound voice coils), neglect, accident, tampered or missing serial number, water or heat damage, improper installation, improper tuning, punctured cones/surrounds, torn suspension, ripped tinsel leads, over powering, theft, lost during shipping, damages caused on shipping, normal wear and tear, operation of products outside of listed specifications or unauthorized repair attempts. Products that in Smash Audio judgement shows evidence of having been altered, modified or serviced without Smash Audio authorization, will be ineligible under this warranty. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages and does not cover the cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of the unit(s). This warranty is not an insurance policy. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase or date of receiving the product and no warranties, whether expressed or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, therefore these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty returns should be returned Smash Audio or an authorized Smash Audio brand dealer for evaluation with proof of purchase (sales receipt). Email: info@SmashCarAudio.com to fill out a form and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly marked outside of the package. Return only defective component.. Returns without a RA# will not be accepted. Freight must be prepaid, customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance when returning the product.

Smash Audio brand drivers and systems are capable of producing high levels of sound that can permanently damage your hearing! While Smash Audio brand systems are capable of Concert Level volumes, they are also designed for you to enjoy music at reasonable levels. Smash Audio brand dealers, distributors or vendors will NOT be responsible for any damages as a result of the use of Smash Audio brand products and will not be liable to damages which includes but not limited to, damages to property or persons, damage of hearing, damage based upon inconvenience or on loss of use of product and to the extent permitted by law, damages for personal injury or other persons or property or vehicle. By using Smash Audio brand products you are accepting full responsibility for the use of the products.
